プライバシーポリシー
Loxy (以下「本アプリ」) は、利用者のプライバシーを大切にします。本アプリは広告やトラッキングを行わず、利用者を特定する情報を集めません。
1. 端末の中だけにあるデータ
登録したストレージの設定、ライブラリ、再生位置、お気に入り、ダウンロードした動画、設定は、利用者の端末の中だけに保存されます。ストレージのパスワードや鍵は、端末のキーチェーンに保存されます。これらが開発者に送られることはありません。
本アプリは、利用者が登録した NAS・WebDAV・SFTP・S3 などのストレージに、利用者の端末から直接接続します。開発者のサーバーを経由することはありません。
2. 「開発者に送る」で送られるデータ
利用者が「設定」→「開発者に送る」を開き、内容を確かめて送信したときだけ、次の情報を開発者のサーバーに送ります。自動で送ることはありません。
- 本アプリの動作の記録 (診断ログ)。エラーの記録に、動画のファイル名やフォルダ名が含まれることがあります
- クラッシュ・フリーズ・処理の重さなどの診断情報 (Apple の MetricKit が端末で集めたもの)
- 本アプリと OS のバージョン、機種名 (例: iPhone17,1)
- 利用者が書いた状況の説明 (任意)
名前、メールアドレス、Apple アカウント、パスワード、動画そのものは送りません。送信が本物の本アプリからであることを確かめるため、Apple の App Attest により端末ごとに作られる鍵の識別子をあわせて送ります。この識別子から利用者や端末を特定することはできません。
送られたデータは、不具合の調査と修正のためだけに使い、受信から 90 日後に削除します。サーバーには Cloudflare, Inc. のサービスを使っており、データは Cloudflare のサーバーに保存されます。送信元の IP アドレスは、短時間に大量の送信が来ないよう制限するためにだけ使い、保存しません。
3. 外部のサービス
- App Store: Loxy Pro の購入・復元は Apple が処理します。開発者が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
- OpenSubtitles: 利用者が自分の API キーを設定して字幕を検索したときだけ、検索に必要な情報 (動画のファイル名やハッシュ値、言語) を opensubtitles.com に送ります。同サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

Privacy Policy
Loxy (“the app”) respects your privacy. The app shows no ads, does no tracking, and doesn’t collect information that identifies you.
1. Data that stays on your device
Your storage settings, library, playback positions, favorites, downloaded videos, and settings are stored only on your device. Storage passwords and keys are stored in the device keychain. None of this is sent to the developer.
The app connects directly from your device to the NAS, WebDAV, SFTP, or S3 storage you add. It never goes through the developer’s servers.
2. Data sent with “Send to Developer”
Only when you open Settings → Send to Developer, review the contents, and tap Send, the app sends the following to the developer’s server. Nothing is sent automatically.
- The app’s activity log (diagnostics log). Error entries may include video file or folder names
- Diagnostics about crashes, hangs, and performance (collected on your device by Apple’s MetricKit)
- App and OS versions, and the device model (for example, iPhone17,1)
- A description of what happened, if you write one
Your name, email address, Apple Account, passwords, and the videos themselves are never sent. To confirm that a report comes from the genuine app, the app also sends the identifier of a key created per device by Apple’s App Attest. This identifier can’t be used to identify you or your device.
Reports are used only to investigate and fix problems, and are deleted 90 days after they’re received. The server runs on Cloudflare, Inc., and reports are stored on Cloudflare’s servers. Your IP address is used only to limit excessive requests and is not stored.
3. Third-party services
- App Store: Apple processes Loxy Pro purchases and restores. The developer never receives payment information.
- OpenSubtitles: Only when you set your own API key and search for subtitles, the app sends the information needed for the search (video file name or hash, and languages) to opensubtitles.com, under that service’s privacy policy.
